Music & Messages On Hold
Our On-Hold productions sound great and are affordably priced. You can purchase one production at a time with out a contract. And, you can order new productions as often as you wish. 

Don't fall for that multi-year contract trick many companies try and pull. They push these plans because they get paid for your entire contract when you pay your deposit. Then you are stuck with them, even if their quality is not up to your standards. You are even responsible to continue making payments if the on-hold company closes and is unable to make more productions for you.

This new platform allows you the end user, to download new productions via your computer over the Internet!! You just drag and drop the file into the flash drive and insert the drive into the player

AutoLoad Digital Players (Cassette) 

Premier Technologies ADL 3100 is a popular and flexible platform. A standard audio cassette is loaded into digital memory automatically. Then it's "24/7/365" always on and sounding great!!!

Non volatile flash digital technology provides trouble free On Hold playback. A high quality CD drive automatically loads your production perfectly every time. 

Floppy Disk Digital Player   

This ProDigital PD324 is a non-volatile flash player that receives it's audio via a "1.44mb" "3 1/4" standard computer floppy disk. We can even e-mail productions to you for the fastest updates. 

RemoteLoad Digital Player

Non-volatile flash players that receives it's audio via a telephone connection from our studio. We dial in and update your production. Then it plays the production from its internal memory chip. 

Internet AutoLoad

Interalia's iProMOH is designed for companies who have a lot of locations and/or would like to update frequently. This digital playback unit stores and continuously plays a digitized audio production for message on hold applications. The unit receives (pulls) audio and configuration updates over the internet or intranet from a Content Management System. Connection to a local area network is made by a standard Ethernet interface on the unit.


Call Handlers

CH 6000 & CH 6300 Series Call Handlers & Tel-A-Greeter 251/252 

The CH 6000 Call-Handler  from Premier Technologies is designed to answer your telephones when you're too busy to. It plays a brief message to your client, places them on hold and continues ringing your phone so you know they're waiting. The Call Handler is a remote programmable, digital announcer with pass through ability that answers up to three lines simultaneously. This unit can be used for information on hold. CH 6300 A & B units can be used together for applications that require up to 6 lines be "handled". 

 

Storecasters


In-Store Promotions are the hottest new advertising media and OnHoldInternational.com brings it to you with more choices and low prices. Interfaces

Designed for home based businesses who do not have a business telephone system, these interfaces allows you to use the on hold players to provide your customers with on-hold messages. We have interfaces that work on any telephone, except cellular. 

We also offer interfaces that allow business to play different on-hold marketing messages on the same telephone system. So, if you have more than one company using the same phone system, we have your solution!!
